Board of Professional Conduct Elects Leadership for 2020
The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct today announced the re-election of Judge John W. Wise as chairman and attorney Patricia A. Wise as vice chair. Judge Wise and Ms. Wise will continue to serve in their respective positions through Dec. 31, 2020.

Conduct Board Issues Four Advisory Opinions
The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct issued four advisory opinions regarding application of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct. Two opinions replace opinions previously issued by the board under the former Code of Professional Responsibility, and two opinions respond to requests for advice.
